Josie has been working at EDS Homecare since 2014, becoming one of the most long-standing members of the team.
Starting her career as a Care Assistant, Josie has undertaken several qualifications including a NVQ level 3 in Adult Care and a teaching qualification.
She has been a member of the out of hours emergency team for the majority of her time with the company and the EDS Homecare training team.
Her vast experience, skills, knowledge and dedication has meant that Josie has progressed at EDS to one of the most senior positions in the company.
