Gosia has been a valued member of EDS for the last 10 years. Her journey with EDS has taken her from care staff to upper-level management and she has completed many qualifications over the years to enhance her already vast knowledge, most recently the Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care Management.

As of the 3rd of January 2025, Gosia has completed the registration process with CQC to become EDS Homecare's Registered Manager. Her experience on the ground as a carer for so many years is invaluable to the well-led, safe, and effective running of the service. CQC ID CON1-10683238967.
